Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Implement software solutions and development utilising ColdFusion, XML, Java and Open-source based languages and technologies
  • Prepare and carry out test script and quality control work on released product and software through detailed test report and findings
  • To support existing product or software application or solution including application, server and database maintenance
  • Manage preparation of documentation such as technical specification, configuration as well as maintenance guides
  • Assist the department as and when required

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in IT, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience in software development environment with a successful portfolio of applications or developed modules in ColdFusion
  • Knowledgeable in any area as follows: ColdFusion, XML, AJAX, Javascript, Apache, Suse Linux Enterprise, Web services, Servlet, PostgreSQL, JBOSS & Tomcat
  • Adaptable and able work under stress

Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • To process & coordinate daily sales orders
  • To handle customers enquiry & related customer issues, sales coordination & administration functions, managing documentations and stock inventory
  • To ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • To prepare Delivery Order and Invoice accurately
  • To maintain an organised filing system
  • To provide administration support

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Marketing
  • Computer literate with good communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills -- Able to Work well in a team & with clients
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify & developing Business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving personal & group sales target
  • Understand customers requirement & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team
  • Conduct sales oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepares relevant correspondence for closure of sales
  • To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers
  • On going correspondence with existing customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Assist in the development of marketing initiatives and programs

Requirements

  • Possess any relevant Diploma/ Degree / Professional Qualification in IT with minimum of 2 years working experience in IT Sales environment
  • Proven sales track records
  • Excellent communication skills with aptitude for written work
  • Be committed, self- motivated, independent, energetic team player & result orientated
  • Demonstrate competitive business acumen

Sr. Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company account maintenance and timely delivery of high quality information including monthly consolidated accounts, insightful analysis commentary performance
  • Play a key role in monthly and annual cash flow management, closing procedures, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosures and coordination of overall processes
  • Responsible for liaison with bankers, auditors and tax consultants
  • Responsible for adherence to financial controls, policies and procedures
  • To provide financial accounting advice and support to business units.  Actively participate in the maintenance, development and refinement of financial reports to manage both the existing, business units and emerging business activities

Skill/Qualification Required:

  • Recognized Degree/Master in Accounting/BA/Commerce, CIMA or ACCA qualified holder and must be a member of MIA
  • At least 8 years working experience in maintaining full sets of accounts
  • At least 6 years managerial and supervising experience (for Finance Manager applicant)
  • Familiar with Financial Reporting Standard and other relevant compliance requirements
  • Appreciation of financial processes and procedures as well as related financial controls
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high quality management information, advice and results
  • Good analytical ability especially in costing and material variance analysis
  • Analytical mind combined with creative and lateral thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, knowledgeable, innovative and analytical individual to provide professional services for maximum customer satisfaction
